I am Neeta Kamble — a lifelong learner driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact. I believe in never settling for the ordinary and am guided by deeply rooted values of honesty and authenticity.

Over the years, through both living and learning, I have come to embrace the power of being true to ourselves — celebrating who we are, with all our perfect imperfections. This belief forms the foundation of my work as a leadership trainer and consultant in the fields of Human Resources and Organizational Development.

With over 18 years of experience across diverse industries — including IT, ITES, consulting, healthcare, and TIC — I have had the opportunity to lead core HR and Learning & Development functions. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been working with family-run businesses during generational transitions (1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd). In these roles, I have acted as a change agent, aligning people’s strengths with business goals and fostering a culture of growth, safety, and positivity.

I have been fortunate to work alongside some truly inspiring individuals — mentors and colleagues who shaped my leadership journey and empowered me to inspire and lead teams effectively. Each challenge and milestone have added to a journey that has been both humbling and liberating.

I am a Certified Soft Skills Trainer from the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), and have also completed the comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program. I have been accredited by NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education & Training) and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority). I am also a certified practitioner of PRISM Brain Mapping. Academically, I hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and have completed the Senior Executive Program for Future CHROs from XLRI Jamshedpur.
